To create independent innovative environment, Jiangxi province established identification system for independent innovative products; the identified independent innovative products will be given priority in governmental purchase and purchase for important projects and will also be supported in hi-tech enterprise identification and the promotion of S&T achievement industrialization, learnt from Jiangxi Finance Department on July 25.
The products to be identified as independent innovative ones should meet the following requirements. First, the products must have independent intellectual property rights and independent brands and definite rights and interests; second, the products should contain advanced technologies, high innovation and trusty quality and pass the inspection conducted by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of P.R.C. or the quality supervision departments at each province; third, the products must accord with national industrial policies on technologies and other relevant industrial policies, can bring economic benefits and have bright market future. The validity period of the certificate is two years, three years or four years according to the characteristics of products.
