Heilongjiang and Zhejiang Provinces Jointly Build a Mutual-Assistance Work Mechanism

On March 26, Xu Gaochun, Head of the Office of Zhejiang Leading Group on Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting and Deputy Head of Zhejiang Commerce Department led the working group composed of the delegates of the Office, Zhejiang Public Security Department and Alibaba Group to visit Heilongjiang Commerce Department for the work communication. They discussed the establishment of a mutual-assistance work mechanism of anti-IPR infringement and anti-counterfeiting. The Office of Zhejiang will provide case clues about IPR infringement and counterfeiting related to Heilongjiang and the latter will organize the investigation and resolution of cases. Heilongjiang Province will join in the “Yunjian Alliance”as soon as possible and conduct wider cooperation and mutual assistance with other provinces and cities in the Alliance.
