IP Case Law Conference 7-8 May

The Office is holding its second IP Case Law Conference on 7-8 May 2018. The event, which takes place at the Office's headquarters in Alicante, is dedicated to substantive and procedural issues surrounding trade mark and design registration. This conference builds on the first IP Case Law Conference which took place in May 2016. The conference brings together users of the international IP systems, practitioners, judges, national and international institutions and administrations.
