The Value Added of China's Copyright Industry Has Accounted for 7.33% of GDP in 2016

Recently, Chinese Academy of Press and Publication released the survey results of the economic contribution of China's copyright industry in 2016. As the survey shows, the value added of China's copyright industry was 545.46 billion Yuan in 2016, a year-on-year increase of 9.0% (not deducting the price factor). The share of GDP was 7.33 percent, up 0.03 percentage points from the last year. The share China's copyright industry has steadily increased in the national economy, and its overall scale has been further expanded.
