Seminar on IP in Europe and the UK to Promote International Development of IP System

Hosted by Beijing Intellectual Property Office (BJIPO) and the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), sponsored by Intellectual Property Office of Haidian District, Beijing Municipality, Seminar on IP in Europe and the UK was convened in Beijing on November 10th. Andy Bartlett, director of Patent Department under UKIPO, and Gwilym Roberts, chairman of Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) etc. addressed speeches on IP system in the UK and Europe. Pan Xinsheng, deputy director of BJIPO expressed that to learn IP system of Europe and the UK is the necessary route of enterprises expanding international market and acquiring international authorization of trademarks and patents. BJIPO will continue to strengthen cooperation content with UKIPO and provide nice communication platform for enterprises.
