Seminar on IP Judicial Protection and Market Value Ends Successfully

On November 9th, Seminar on IP Judicial Protection and Market Value organized by   Guangdong Higher People's Court and co-organized by Guangzhou IP Court was held in Guangzhou. Many professional IPers discussed numerous hot topics such as relationship between IP market value and compensation of infringement and damage as well as compensation of IP infringement and damage in different fields etc. Tao Kaiyuan, vice president of the Supreme People's Court, Gong jiali, secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and president of Guangdong Higher People's Court attended this conference and delivered speeches.
