Patent Regulation of Hebei Came Into Force

The Patent Regulation of Hebei came into force on Nov 1th. Consisting of 56 articles in six chapters, the regulation aims to encourage innovation and invention, fight against infringement, promote patent commercialization, defend the rights of patent owners, and optimize patent management and services. It has specific rules on rewarding inventors, filing complaints against counterfeiters and regulating patent agencies' services.
