Aupu Wins the Trademark Case Against Aopu after 7-Year Fight

After 7-year fight, Aupu finally won the trademark case against Aopu. In the summer of 2017, the Supreme People’s Court issued the Administrative Order, “rejected the retrial application of Yunnan Aopu Weiye Metal Building Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Aopu) and Zhejiang Modern New Energy Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang New Energy)”. There is no hope for the above 2 companies to further fight for the trademark aopu. The malicious registered trademark “奥普aopu” is invalid.
