Shen Changyu Investigated Office Construction Projects

On July 25, Shen Changyu, president of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), investigated on-site the construction of office used for handling patent business and raised clarified requirements concerning follow-up management work after debriefing project participants. He underscored building these projects into excellent ones through strengthening quality management, mastering construction progress, controlling budgets, enhancing construction of a clean administration and valuing construction securities.
Deputy party secretary of Changping District Zhang Yanyou accompanied byrelated staff investigated the projects. Xu Cong, deputy director of department of patent of the SIPO, presided over the seminar. Currently, the projects have achieved a stable progress and entered the construction stage of major structures as a whole.
