Guangdong Ranked 1st in Comprehensive Development Index of Chinese Intellectual Property

Recently, Chinese Intellectual Property Development Evaluation Report 2016 (thereinafter referred to as “the Report”) was  released  by  the  Intellectual  Property  Development  & Research Centre of the State Intellectual Property Office of China(SIPO). It was shown that Guangdong  Province  ranked  1st  in  the  comprehensive development index of Chinese intellectual property. The Report evaluated the comprehensive development of  intellectual  property  in 2016  from IPR creation,  utilization, protection and environment. It also analyzed the tendency of Chinese intellectual property development from 2010 to 2016, and ranked IPR development of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
