Recently, at the invitation by the Patent Office of Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (the GCC), Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) He Zhimin led a delegation to pay a working visit. The two sides signed a new memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
