Steptoe & Johnson Hires Former Navy SEAL as Partner

Steptoe & Johnson has boosted its IP group in Chicago with the hire of Kelly Eberspecher as a partner. Eberspecher, a former US Navy SEAL, focuses on IP litigation and has experience in district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His expertise covers a range of technical areas, from pharmaceuticals and medical devices to mechanical and electrical. He has also litigated cases under the Lanham Act, and those involving trade secrets and copyright.
