The 6th SIPO-IPI Conference on IP Cooperation and the 4th Round Table Meeting on the IP Industry Held in Shanghai

The 6th SIPO-IPI Conference on IP Cooperation and the 4th Round Table Meeting on the IP Industry took place in Shanghai. SIPO Deputy Commissioner He Zhimin and Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) Director General Felix Addor attended the conference. This is the first meeting to be convened after SIPO and IPI signed their Memorandum of Understanding. Both delegations talked about the two nations' latest IP policies and developments as they shared their own experiences using IP institutions to promote innovation-driven development. They thoroughly discussed the submission of supplementary data and the overcoming of existing creative defects etc.
