To well guide trademark strategy implementing work, according to the requirement in Opinions on Fulfilling National IPR Strategy Outline and Vigorously Boosting Trademark Strategy Implementation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) decided to set up Trademark Strategy Implementation Leading Group to guide the implementing work of trademark strategy.
It is informed that Secretary of the Party Group of SAIC and Director Zhou Bohua was designated as the head of the leading group, member of the party group of SAIC and Deputy Director Fu Shuangjian was named as vice head. The leading group office, located in Trademark Bureau, will be in charge of the everyday work and Director of Trademark Bureau Li Jianchang will act as the dean of the office.
According to the requirements of SAIC, the local industry and commerce administrations should set up appropriate leading groups and establish such work mechanism that the chief leader should handle relevant issues by himself, the leader in charge should lay a close eye to the specific work and all the related departments should participate in the implementing work in order to do the implementation work of trademark strategy well.
