On July 2, Shanghai IP Office and Pudong District IP Office jointly organized to investigate and research two patent model enterprises and two patent pilot enterprises. The four enterprises introduced the development process and current situation, put emphasis on the measures of deploying patent works, gained experience and achievements in the pilot and model period, and put forward problems appeared in the working process.
Though the implementation of establishment work of model and pilot enterprise, the enterprises made new progress on patent work, and the application of patent mechanism was enhanced.
Shanghai IP Office affirmed the efforts paid by the four enterprises on patent work, introduced the thirteen checking and accepting standards to the patent model enterprise, and encouraged enterprise to make value market competitiveness using patent mechanism.
Pudong District IP Office will actively help and support enterprise to continuously deepen patent work, meanwhile they will cultivate more enterprises to apply Shanghai Municipal patent model and pilot enterprises, and upgrade the patent work level of Pudong's enterprises.
