SIPO Releases Guidelines for Patent Guidance Program of Enterprises

The State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC enacted Implementation Guidelines for Operating Patent Guidance Program of Enterprises (Provisional), in order to implement the Opinions of the State Council on Building a Powerful Intellectual Property Nation under New Conditions, improve the working mechanism of the development of patent guidance industry, and conduct the operating patent guidance program of enterprises.
