Deputy Commissioner of the SIPO He Zhimin Attends Seminar on the IP Management and Innovation in Africa and Visited IP Instit

Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C (SIPO) He Zhimin led a delegation to participate in the Seminar on the IP Management and Innovation in Africa held in Zimbabwe. He held talks with the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), the Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office (EIPO) and the Trademarks, Patents and Designs Registry (Nigeria) to negotiate and signed bilateral cooperation action plans.
During the bilateral meeting with Fernando dos Santos, Director General of the ARIPO, He Zhimin exchanged in-depth views with Fernando dos Santos on personnel training, exchange of data and patent examination and signed the 2017-2018 Bilateral Cooperation Action Plan after the meeting.
