China, Mongolia and Russia will cooperate in many fields, including intellectual property, to build a trilateral economic corridor, according to guidelines released by the National Development and Reform Commission last week. The three neighbors agreed to improve transport facilities, to renovate ports of entry, to increase cooperation in energy, mineral resources, and environmental protection, and to widen service trade.
