New deal inked for China-Lao book series

The Guangxi People's Publishing House recently signed an agreement with the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos to authorize the copyright of a book series titled "The Ancient Bronze Drums in China and Southeast Asia, the Volume of Laos". It was the first copyright agreement signed between a Chinese publisher and a Laotian organization. The book series is the result of combined research by experts from China and six Southeast Asian nations.
