Cross-regional system aims to aid innovation, protection

An agreement was recently signed by the State Intellectual Property Office and the IP authoritiesof Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province to build a cross-regional system for IP protection,application and service, which is anticipated to improve the efficiency of innovation in the area.To transform the area into a driving force of IP development, the North China IP operating centerwill be built in Tianjin, exploiting its regional IP and financial resources.
