Jiangsu will collectively conduct activities with the subject of Optimizing Judicial Environment for Independent Innovation which will last six months. Courts at all levels will strive to raise enterprises' IP protection abilities by various kinds of means such as visiting enterprises, training managerial personnel of enterprises, and publicizing trial.

It is informed that after the publicity week for this 4.26 World IP Day, courts in the whole province contacted 300 enterprises with IP advantages in all industries. Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's Court asked local courts to visit these enterprises to know about their need in IP protection, and pertinently provide IP services, risk warning and relevant information about IP protection for enterprises. Local courts were also required to hold lectures on IPRs, mainly special training for the IP managerial personnel in enterprises. Furthermore, courts at all levels will openly try some IP-related cases and invite deputies at all circles to the court including representatives of people's congress, commissars of political consultative conference, specially invited supervisors, jurymen, deputies from enterprises and IP administrative departments, students from colleges and universities, etc..
