LV Sues Jinkailide for Selling Infringing Goods

2015/10/12

Finding that massive shops in Beijing Jinkailide International Clothing Market selling goods infringing its trademark rights, Louis Vuitton Malletier, Ltd. accused Jinkailde Company to Beijing Xicheng People’s Court. LV requested the court to order compensation for economic losses and other expenses, totally RMB610,000. Currently, the case is under further investigation.
