Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement and Patent License Agreement with ZTE Corporation

Acacia Research Corporation announced today that its ADAPTIX, Inc. subsidiary has entered into a limited settlement and patent license agreement with ZTE Corporation relating to its infrastructure equipment. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Intellectual Property High Court of Japan.
