SIPO delegation introduce IP strategy in Australia

Lately, Deputy Commissioner of State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) Zhang Qin led a delegation to Australia, introducing China's national intellectual property strategy and making exchanges on related issues.
During the visit to Australia, the delegation gave to special lectures for the Australian officials, lawyers and agents. The delegation also visited the Australian National University and Sydney University of Science and Technology, and participated in the IPR roundtable meeting with more than 40 Australian businesses representatives.
The delegation elaborated on the formulation and implementation of China’s intellectual property strategy, enforcement of the revised Patent Law, IPR trial, administrative law enforcement, prevention of IPR abuse, protection of traditional knowledge and other aspects with common concern. The delegation was highly recognized and appreciated by the Australian side.
With the introduction and exchanges, the Australian side knew more about China’s IP strategy and IPR-related work. The visit promoted the two sides to reach more consensuses.
