On May 12, SIPO, Sino-French Seminar on Innovation and Value Creation was held in Shanghai. SIPO Commissioner Tian Lipu (speaking), French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) Director General Benoit Battistelli and Francoise Simon-Vianes, representative of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) attended the opening ceremony.
