Zhejiang Higher People's Court lately issued a notice, modifying the affirmation jurisdiction mechanism of well-known trademarks.

Except for the Intermediate People's Courts of Hangzhou and Ningbo, other Intermediate People's Courts will stop receiving civil dispute cases involving well-known trademarks.

The notice stipulates that, from now on, cases happened in Jiaxing, Huzhou, Jinhua, Shaoxing, Quzhou and Lishui and under the control of local Intermediate People's Courts will be handled by Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court; and cases happened in Wenzhou, Taizhou and Zhoushan and under the control of local Intermediate People's Courts will be handed over to Ningbo Intermediate People's Court.
