The trademark disputes of Liushen underwent final judgment, Shanghai Jahwa received a reimbursement

Recently, the Jiaxing Intermediate People’s Court, Zhejiang made a final judgment on the trademark disputes of “Liushen” series, which was as follows: a certain person called Yan, the storekeeper of a certain non-staple food store in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province, shall immediately stop his infringement on the exclusive right to use registered trademark of the No. 1116603 and No. 1062398 “Liushen” which belongs to Shanghai Jahwa Joint Stock Company(hereafter referred as Shanghai Jahwa), and compensate Shanghai Jahwa for 8,500 yuan.
