The China office of WIPO was settled in Beijing on July 10th. Director-General of WIPO Gaorui, Beijing Mayor Wang Anshun, Director of SIPO Shen Changyu, Director of State Administration for Industry Zhang MAO, Vice Director of National Copyright Administration Yan Xiaohong attended the opening ceremony. WIPO was established in 1967, and became united nations specialized agencies of self-raised funds since 1974, its headquarter was set in Geneva, Switzerland with 187 member countries. WIPO had set its overseas offices in York, Tokyo, Singapore, Rio DE janeiro and Beijing respectively, and set its Coordination Office in the U.S.
