AUX and Gionee accused of violation of standard essential patents

The Beijing Third Intermediate People’s Court has recently accepted two cases of infringement upon the WCDMA standard essential patent, in which Guangdong Nufront CSC Co., Ltd. brought suits against Ningbo AUX Air Conditioner Co,. Ltd and Shenzhen Gionee Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. respectively for infringement of a patent for invention, with a same defendant - one of the shops of Suning Commerce Group Co., Ltd. in Sanyuan west bridge, Beijing in the two cases.
