Huoqiu County in Anhui Province has been attaching great importance to trademark development. Efforts from governmental departments, markets, enterprises and the public have been combined to promote the comprehensive implementation of trademark strategies. Recently, as many as 129 applicants whose trademark applications were accepted by local authorities in 2013 have been awarded 1,000 yuan each, which has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the public in trademark protection.
