A 2013 survey report on public satisfaction index of patent review quality in China indicates that the public feel more and more satisfied with the patent review quality since 2008 with the index increasing from 81.6 in 2012 to 81.8 in 2013.
The index fell in the satisfied area for four consecutive years from 2010 to 2013, indicating that the review quality has basically fulfilled the expectation and requirement of the public.
The Patent Bureau of the State Intellectual Property Office has conducted such annual surveys in six consecutive years from 2008 to 2013, based on which the bureau will exert more efforts to improve their service and meet the needs of the public.
