Typical cases issued by the Supreme People’s Court with the infringement case on “A Bite of China” on the list

On June 23rd, the Supreme People’s Court issued five typical cases of people’s court involved in criminal litigation, civil litigation, administrative litigation, etc., among which the previously closely watched case CCTV international sued Tudor infringement is included. Shanghai Tudor Network Technology Co., Ltd. is sentenced to compensate 248,000 RMB for CCTV international economic loss, because its subordinate Tudor has arbitrarily provided on-demand service for the popular documentary “A Bite of China .”
