“Asia-Pacific Mobil” not “Mobil”, 280,000 yuan Compensation for Trademark Infringement

Recently, Chongqing No.5 Intermediate People’s Court announced first-instance judgment on Exxon Mobil’s prosecution of trademark infringement of Puyang Exxon Mobil and Chongqing Junwei Company, which were ordered the defendants to stop producing and selling the products with “Asia-Pacific Mobil” logo, as well as compensation of 280,000 yuan.
