The Infringement on Film Copyright of Network “Deep Link”

The indexed address of torrent file for the film and TV works could be obtained through the linkage of website background management and the user was provided and forced to use QVOD. Zhang, the website operator, provided up to 941 film and TV works for the user through “Deep Link.” Recently, due to copyright infringement, Zhang has been sentenced 15 months in jail, 15 months of probation and fine of 30,000 yuan by Shanghai Putuo District People's Court.
