UNIQLO Accused of infringement on Trademark UNIQLO

Recently, UNIQLO Fast Retailing (China) Trading Co., Ltd. was accused of utilizing similar trademark “UL” on its garment series and sued to the court by Guangzhou Compass Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Zhongwei Enterprise Management Consulting Services Co., Ltd. due to trademark infringement. The two companies requested the court to order the defendant to stop immediately producing and selling such brand series and compensate for the economic loss of 150,000 yuan. A few days ago, Haidian People’s Court accepted the case officially.
