The case of the listed company Pien Tze Huang suing Shanghai Pharmaceutical subsidiary Xiamen TCM for trademark infringement has new progress. Recently, Fujian Food and Drug Administration have made public mediation, saying the products of the two parties were approved by the relevant regulatory authorities. And it ordered them not to publicize, use or insinuate the other’s trademarks through media or touching the other’s trademarks through traceability or any other forms.
