Honda Motorcycle Has Been Registered as a Three-dimensional Trademark Successfully -- the First Case of Transport

It is reported that the appearance of Honda motorcycle “Super Cub”  has been approved by the Japan Patent Office for the registration of a three-dimensional trademark. It has become Japan’s first three-dimensional trademark of transport, an extremely rare industrial product approved for the registration of a three-dimensional trademark.
