On May 20th, Beijing Third Intermediate People’s Court made the final judgment about the trademark dispute case of “Vehicle Cleaning Kingdom.” From the effective date of the judgment, Oude Bass Company lost its ownership of class 37 trademark, while KAKIA Company headquartered in China, as the well-known brand in car beauty industry, finally got deserved rights and protected its trademark rights.
