The First Copyright Infringement Case on Filmography with Frame Link Decided

Recently, the first copyright infringement case on filmography with frame link prosecuted by Jing’an District Procuratorate was tried publicly in Putuo District People’s Court. And the defendant Zhang was sentenced to imprisonment of a year and three months, probated for a year and three months as well as fined 30,000 yuan.
