A private businessman from Kunming sued Audi TT sports car of trademark infringement

On May 13th 2013, members of Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) filed 23 civil litigations against the operator of Fengxing, Fengxing Online Technology Co. Ltd, for its infringing act on their works. At present, Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court has made decisions about all the lawsuits, each of which was judged that the video on Fengxing with unauthorized dissemination infringed the right of communication of networks information of the plaintiff. Therefore, the court ordered Fengxing to stop infringement with 995,535 yuan (161,348$) for damages and costs.
