An injunction from Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court: Baidu Immediately Stopped the Unfair Competition against 360

On May 23rd, the Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court issued a civil judgement, ruled that Baidu should immediately stop the infringing act until the final legal documents took effect. It was reported that this was the first “injunction” of untried case issued by the court after the revision of the civil procedure.
