Dunlopurest won the trademark infringement and unfair competition case in China

On May 6th, Dunlopurest, a world leading mattress manufacturer, declared that it had won the lawsuit of trademark infringement and unfair competition against Fushan Dennglupu Bedding Co. Ltd. and its dealers.
It is lucky for Chen Jun to began his career in the IP industry 14 years ago when the first group of IP managers for businesses appeared on the stage in China and he has been in the industry.
