Wanglaoji suing JDB again by claiming 1 billion yuan

A notice about the “Wanglaoji” trademark on May 7th claimed that JDB could legally use the “Wanglaoji” trademark until May 1st 2010 and after the day, continuing to use the “Wanglaoji” registered trademark was illegal, according to the verdict from China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission on May 9th 2012. In recent days, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited has officially filed a lawsuit against JDB on its tort of using “Wanglaoji” trademark within the two years since May 2nd 2010, claiming 1 billion yuan. Guangdong Higher People’s Court had already accepted the case.
