China’s Supreme People’s Court to issue the typical cases monthly

In the recent press conference, China’s Supreme People’s Court decided to establish the system of issuing the typical cases monthly. The system was implemented for the first time by releasing 5 typical cases, including “the unfair competition case of Qihoo 360 v. Tencent (3Q War),” “the case of Abbott (Shanghai) v. Taizhou Huangyan Yilong Plastic Co. Ltd., Beijing Yityangjie Trade Co. Ltd. on ceasing the infringement of patent right before a trial as well as the patent infringement, ” etc.
