Henan: New IP regulations

2014/04/25

The provincial intellectual property office recently unveiled 10 regulations on the management of IP-related projects designed to encourage patent applications, improve quality and help fund international patents. The office also plans to employ an expert panel to assess and give suggestions to each IP project's creativity and feasibility.
