Zhejiang: IP focus in e-business disputes

A large proportion of all e-business legal disputes in China are over intellectual property rights, according to a report released last week in Hangzhou. The report followed a six-month survey by the independent China E-Commerce Research Center that analyzed 500 domestic companies. Other major disputes center around contracts and unfair competition, according to the report.
