2013/01/23

Judges responsible for IPR cases at Jiangxi Provincial Higher People’s Court, Nanchang Municipal Intermediate People’s Court, the People’s Court of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone and the People’s Court of Nanchang Economic Development Zone got together in Nanchang to share IPR judicial protection experience. It is learned the four courts concluded 306 IPR cases of first and second instance in 2012, which accounted for almost 70% of all IPR cases tried in Jiangxi.

Judges carried on thorough exchange over issues of litigation documents delivering, evidence verifying and asserting, and compensation standard determining, to name a few.

In a bid to build a rich, harmonious and beautiful Jiangxi, judges vowed to provide high quality judicial services, including learning from mature experience, discussing puzzling questions, and bearing the responsibility of penalizing infringement and protecting IPR.
