Shaanxi: Mico blog on provincial developments

The provincial government recently started an official micro blog at qq.com and sina.com providing links and information from the provincial intellectual property office and 22 other government agencies. By the end of last year, the micro blog had carried more than 540 news items and had about 800,000 followers.
