Hainan held IP training for enterprises and public institutions

On December 10 and 11, the IP training class for enterprises and public institutions of Hainan Province kicked off in Haikou City. Vice Director of Hainan Provincial Intellectual Property Office Mao Yueming chaired the opening ceremony and Director Yang Tianliang attended and delivered the ceremony. More than 120 represent persons attended the training class inclusive of Vice Director of Haikou Municipal Intellectual Property Office Liu Xinhong and other staff, and IP managerial persons and researchers at hi-tech enterprises, pharmaceutical businesses and research institutes.

At the ceremony, Yang Tianliang asked the trainees to grasp this chance to solve their puzzles existing in their daily work and improve their own knowledge level.

The experts invited from the State Intellectual Property Office and China Patent Technology Development Company lectured on how to write patent application documents, reexamination of patent applications and invalidation, patent information analysis and utilization, case analysis on the writing of patent application documents, reply to examination comments, among others.
