In a bid to study and implement the Opinions on Further Combating Intellectual Property Infringement and Counterfeit Commodities issued by the State Council and the Decisions on Enhancing Patent Administrative Enforcement launched by the State Intellectual Property Office, eight intellectual property offices at all levels in Guizhou signed an agreement on establishing a coordination mechanism of patent administrative enforcement in the province at a meeting.
Under the new enforcement mechanism, member offices will be able to coordinate with each other in filing and investigating cases, reinforcing enforcement, transferring cases and combining patent administrative enforcement with criminal justice.
